The Rev Laurene Lafontaine has been invited to preach as Sole Nominee for the ministry of Broughton St Mary’s on Sunday 26 September at 10.30am. Worship will take place in the Garden Room, the Drummond Room, and via audio and video conference.
Immediately after the service, those eligible to take part will be invited to vote on the appointment of the Rev. Laurene Lafontaine as the new minister of Broughton St Mary’s.
Ballot papers will be posted to those whose names appear on the Electoral Roll before the service on the 26 September. Those attending in person should bring their ballot paper and hand it in after the service. Arrangements will be made to collect ballot papers from those who live locally attending via audio and video conference. All votes must be received by Sunday 26 September at 1pm.
