The Scottish Government has advised that people should minimise social contact by avoiding crowded areas and large and small gatherings, including religious congregations.
The Church of Scotland has asked, in the strongest terms, that all gatherings for worship should cease with effect from Tuesday 17 March 2020 until further notice. Worship services at Broughton St Mary’s will therefore be cancelled pending further advice from government and Church headquarters.
